CEO and Managing Partner

Tosin Okojie

Tosin Okojie is a seasoned business leader and finance professional with more than 25 years of experience driving growth across Africa, Europe, and North America. He has held senior leadership roles at global firms including Accenture, Unilever, and Schneider Electric.

As Global Vice President of Finance at Andela, one of Africa’s leading unicorns, Tosin played a pivotal role in scaling the business and helping raise over $200 million in Series E funding. He also served as CFO of Niche, one of the world’s largest education marketplaces.

Tosin holds an MBA from Yale University and a BSc in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Executive Director

Yemi Okojie

Yemi is a versatile business executive with over 20 years’ experience in Business Transformation and Corporate Strategy, across multiple sectors and continents, including working with Accenture, Capgemini and UBA.

Yemi led Strategy and Corporate Development for FBN Holdings Plc, a company listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and parent company of First Bank Nigeria. She was responsible for developing and coordinating the multi-year Strategic Planning Program and the annual Board strategy retreat.

Yemi graduated with a first-class in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University, London and has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
